I LOVE MEN!

For something light and fun thought I should write somethings about/for/to all the man that came in and out of my life,those who shaped me,wizened me up,made me smile,took me out,shared a drink with,told me they loved me and those I liked,loved,fell in love with and made an impression enough to mention!



To my primary school man:
We used to exchange  lunch boxes, you gave me your cheese snacks and took my boring fruits.To this day cheese snacks remind me of you.

To the one who loved me when wearing doc Martens was in:
You where the first guy to write me a  letter,had no idea you liked me and when I got your letter in the school bus from a mutual friend  I was both surprised and totally flattered.


To the one who never knew I existed:
Will never forget how I convinced all my friends to vote for you to be elected one of the student councillors. Loved being late especially when you where on gate duty,just hearing you boss us around was enough to make my long high school days a breeze.


The one who still makes me smile:
 Definitely one of the cool cats,played pool,read the ymag when it was still the it. You hanged around white girls, for something that looked like a smoke break( sooo cool then) and when I finally had you, you where all grown and a focused business man. Enjoy every time spend with you.

My Dad's influence:
Just you giving me attention was enough, my dad spoke highly of you Mr Chemical engineer! You where so old when I was so young. I  don't think you will ever totally get over me and this is not to sound arrogant but I see it every time we cross paths and  by the questions you ask when I am not there.

To my brave one:
I think I loved you no let me rephrase that, I loved you,you where so intelligent you seemed to know what you want out of life. You broke a wall most man still struggle to break to this day,you zulu like that!

The one who spared nothing when we where together:
We had so much fun,you where so free spirited. My girls adored you. Loved how you always wanted to please me. Having you in my life brought with it so much laughter,craziness and a bit of class. Thank you for all the places you took me to,thank you for being there for all our appointments and making me feel I was all that mattered. Wit-lol you where funny and you will be proud to know I am very patient now.wink!

To the smooth operator:
I saw us it was not clear but the was a flick then it faded. Its sad but I think you are one of the best dresses I know and everyone thinks you charming. No matter how many times you say we should try again we both know it just won't be the same. It was good while it lasted.

To can we move on already:
Remember that place you took to and we've never stoped going  thereafter, I  still can't go there with anyone but you. The good conversations,the lies,the long rides home and dictating phone calls(you always loved playing my dad).Will never forget how you followed/fetched me on my holiday. You have a way of surprising me and wonder why you can't let go when the is so much lies and hidden shit! vodka is not just water!

The one who taught me to love:
My favourite line from the movie brown sugar is when Sindney says the difference between rap and hip-hop is saying you love someone and being in love with someone. I am in love with you,you have a way with me. Never knew that something so complicated can be so good and real.Thank you for loving me you are good at it!

 My almost:
Can't believe you chose a merger and not even an international one. Its either I didn't know you at all or gave you too much credit. A lot of people don't get this but I felt you and I don't expect them to cause they where never a part of it.I have since stoped wondering what if-its just not worth it anymore.

To.......
You brainy you, I can never figure you out. Love talking to you,chilling with you, you put me at ease. This is probably what my mom will say about my dad if she used my vocab to express herself-I think! Minus being in love with him. I think one day I'll ask you to marry me.....

My secret
I have a secret crush on you hope you praying for me. Think you so cute my sister thinks I am crazy and will probably mess you up but I know better. Working on me then maybe just maybe I might have you.
