I was reminded once again that I belong to something bigger than myself. I got my spirit stirred for missionary work. For as long as I can remember I have always been involved in ministry. I saw my folks do it and when my time came I got involved. From teaching Sunday school to being a youth leader and its been a blast......! I was taught very early in life that the gospel is been in trusted to me by reason of I being born-again and this weekend that was re affirmed and taken to the next level. I am grateful for believer's love world, a place I call home. Since I joined this particular ministry I have grown in ways I can't explain and this weekend I grew another level. I saw some of the young people I was assigned to in campus ministry, I sighed at what the Lord continues to do in their lives. The is nothing better in life than to see people whom the Lord allowed you to work and impact their lives, make progress. The joy in your spirit none can compare. I go through emotions every time I meet such and I am eternally grateful to God for having given me the opportunity to light up my corner. I am at a place in my life where I want to do more for the gospel of my Lord and saviour Jesus Christ.
MY DAYS IN CAMPUS MINISTRY
The Modupe's reaching SA with the gospel. We had so much fun on this day. We wrapped the day by going to the movies that night. It was a good day.
Having Fellowship under the sun!
Our visit to the Orphanage
Kids are the sweetest-period!
Every time I visit places like this, the is always a child I get attached to.....the is an orphanage we adopted as a family. My parents are still very much involved in it to date. I remember being so attached to some of those little ones to a point of crying when they were found and had to be returned to their relatives. I remember one boy in particular Lebohang. Betty and I cried so much when he left but knew he is better off with his family. I pray that wherever he is he will grow up to know and serve the Lord
My Pastor's daughter-she reminds me so much of myself growing up. As a result we get along like a house on fire.
Some of my cell members and I receiving an award.
Just in this photo alone you have medical doctors,engineers,bio-chemists etc of tomorrow and the beauty is the will be professionals with a difference because they know the Lord.
That is the sole purpose of Campus Ministry,to get them while they are still young so we impact every sphere of society with the gospel!
