The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, we read this book growing up. Betty still has issues with open wardrobes to date lol! We used to stay in a corner house,our house has since been turned into a private bar for some business Afrikaner nxa. I always get irritated when I pass there. I have great memories of that place one of them is being  in Betty's bedroom and reading this book and she will be so scared. I will be so thrilled with myself while all this is taking place lol-kids!!! Ironically the last movie I watched with my sisters was Chronicles of Narnia based on the same book  by C W Lewis, I am actually shocked as I write this cause I think this was the last time we were all together at a theatre. I have been with Lerato many times after but not with all of us together,jah we have grown and I guess life happens! This are the types of books you will find at home because of their Christian influence- trust my dad to be on top of things. After watching the movie, like little kids all over again we were asking each other if Aslan was Jesus and of course I answered and they listened but honestly I don't have the foggiest idea if that is who he is suppose to be. It just makes sense lol! When I read the essay 'Date a girl who reads"the author made a reference to how the girl who reads will introduce her kids to Aslan,I was on some -that's me lol!
